The former Seoul City Hall has reopened its doors as the city's main public library. Seoul Metropolitan Library is the city's main public library and it's easily accessible from City Hall Station's exit 4 or 5. The "Tong Tong" Seoul City Walking Tour takes visitors through the library and the new Seoul City Hall building. Tours are free and led by a cultural tour guide.
