See & Do
Guksijip is famous for its fresh, handmade kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup). Reservations are essential as there are usually no seats available for walk-in customers. After the day's noodles have been sold out, usually between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., no more are served. The noodles and seasoning sauce are simply served in a broth made from beef brisket, but the noodles are very thin and amazingly delicate and soft.
