This is the Samseong-dong branch of Inamjang in Euljiro that, for 30 years, has been maintaining the same great taste of their seolleongtang (ox bone soup). The broth is simmered for two days, making it thick and flavorful, and to this they add thick slices of high-quality meat. If you order a large bowl, they add slices of very tender beef tongue. The kimchi and radish kimchi that is served at the restaurant is available for purchase to take home.
