When can I start making reservations for Seoul City Walking Tour?
Reservation can be booked starting on the 15
of the previous month. For example, if you want to book for a tour in June, you can start making reservation online from May 15
(KST). If you try to reserve earlier, all dates will be grayed out and won’t allow you to book your tours.
Also, please make sure you book 3 days in advance for individuals, 5 days in advance for groups.
How do I change my reservation date and time for Seoul City Walking Tour?
To change dates, you must cancel your reservation and re-book. If you would like to change your time, please call 02-6925-0777.
How do I make reservations for Seoul City Walking Tour?
You can make reservation through “Visit Seoul” official website (
) by clicking “Make a Reservation” next to the desired tour course.
[Experiences] If I purchase several products at once and they have different cancellation and refund policies, how will the refund work?
The refund will be processed according to each product's refund policy.
[Experiences] If I cannot avail a product due to personal circumstances, can I receive a refund?
If you cannot go on a trip because of personal circumstances, the product will be considered availed of and there will be no refund.
[Experiences] Can I cancel a product on the day of reservation?
Following the Korean Standard Time, you cannot cancel a trip on the day of travel.
[Experiences] If I purchase several products at once, can I cancel them separately?
You cannot cancel items seperately. You will have to cancel everything and order again.
[Experiences] What is your cancellation policy?
① Cancellations are processed during working days (weekends and holidays not included).
② Cancellations will be processed during Korean working hours (9:00-18:00 KST). If you cancel after these hours, the cancellation will be processed the next day.

As cancellation and refund policies differ per product, please check each product's page for their respective policies.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip and consecutive days after amount to NO refund.

There is no cancellation fee. However, the refund amount depends on each product's refund policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy found on each product's page.
