Your user name is your email address used at time of registration. If you are having problems signing in with your current email address, we may have an older address for you that you used to book previously.
If you have recently changed email addresses, please try to sign in with your previous address and update your account information on your Manage your account page.
Password: We've all been there, so don't worry. Resetting your password couldn't be easier: Click on the "sign in" link on our homepage, enter your email address, select the "I've forgotten my password" option, and click "Continue." We will send a password reset link to the email address you used to register your Hotels.com account.
