All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.

Hotel reservations and payments are handled by each hotel or travel agency website and VisitSeoul.net is not responsible for hotel search results or bookings.

Please check the terms and conditions regarding reservations, payments, refunds, etc. on the booking website before making reservation.
A.(Answer icon) The rates shown on this site are average costs provided by third party sites and may not include tax and additional fees. Taxes and additional fees that are shown are estimated costs.
 
Clicking “Read More” and “Book Now” will redirect you to the booking site where you can check the exact cost and other information regarding the hotel’s location, reviews, etc.
A.(Answer icon) After purchasing your tickets for the show, the booking process is completed. All that's left is for you to go to the show, pick up your tickets from the ticket counters, and enjoy the show.
 
A.(Answer icon) No, you do not. The tour guides are volunteers and therefore do not need to be paid for their services.
However, admission fees to the royal palaces and other tourist attractions are not included in the tours and must be paid for.
A.(Answer icon) As these tours are not private tours but are open to everyone, it would not be possible to change them to suit any one person.
Please keep in mind that these tours have been designed to offer you the best tour experience possible.
A.(Answer icon) Any cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the tour date either online or over the phone (+82-2-6925-0777). Failure to do so will result in loss of privileges and you will not be able to make any future reservations.
A.(Answer icon) You can make reservations for 1 up to 300 persons. The maximum number depends on the number of available volunteer tour guides on the desired tour date
A.(Answer icon) The cultural tour guides are hospitable volunteers who all have an extensive knowledge in the history and culture of Seoul.
The tours are conducted in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
