A.(Answer icon) Your user name is your email address used at time of registration. If you are having problems signing in with your current email address, we may have an older address for you that you used to book previously.
If you have recently changed email addresses, please try to sign in with your previous address and update your account information on your Manage your account page.
Password: We've all been there, so don't worry. Resetting your password couldn't be easier: Click on the "sign in" link on our homepage, enter your email address, select the "I've forgotten my password" option, and click "Continue." We will send a password reset link to the email address you used to register your Hotels.com account.
A.(Answer icon) Once a reservation has been made for a show, the type of seat, location of the performance, and seat location cannot be changed. In the event that you want to change your seating, reservations must be cancelled then re-booked. However, please note that you will be responsible for any cancellation fees that may occur.

A.(Answer icon) The Seoul City Tour Bus has open seating, rather than assigned seating. If the seats are occupied, tourists may stand in the space available or board the next available bus.
A.(Answer icon) Audio guides are provided on each of the Seoul City Tour Bus courses. Each passenger is given one set of headphones for comfortable use.
A.(Answer icon) The Seoul walking tours is a free guided tour program (sponsored by the City of Seoul) that takes you to major tourist sites. The tours are conducted by insightful guides with extensive knowledge in the history and culture of Seoul. Online reservations are available, but must be made at least 3 days in advance. No prior reservations are required for a walking tour guide (Lanuages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese).
A.(Answer icon) Most of the tours are limited to 10 people to ensure that the participants get the best tour experience possible. It is not conducive to a great tour experience if one tour guide has to speak to an entire crowd. Also, many of the attractions that are visited on the tour are traditional places that simply cannot accommodate large groups of people at one time.
