All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.
A.(Answer icon) Click on "Newsletter" in the quick menu on the right-hand side of the main page to be directed to the newsletter subscription page.
A.(Answer icon) The Visit Seoul app is available to download for free at both the Google Play Store and Apple Store.
A.(Answer icon) At the bottom of each newsletter you receive, simply click "unsubscribe" to cancel your newsletter subscription.
A.(Answer icon) The official Seoul Tourism website, visitseoul.net, provides all information related to tourism in Seoul. Visitors can learn more information about tourist attractions, facility operation hours, recommendation courses, hallyu tourism, guidebooks, and more.
A.(Answer icon) At the top of the page, please click 'Travel Information > Guidebooks & Maps' for various downloadable PDFs and information. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the Guidebook Pamphlets, please apply for mail delivery or visit the Seoul Tourism office.
A.(Answer icon) The Visit Seoul app is available in five different languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
