Sangol Myeonok has been specializing in makguksu, Chuncheon-style buckwheat noodles with vegetables, for 50 years. The makguksu here is served in refreshing dongchimi, a water-based radish kimchi, that they make in-house. It pairs nicely with hanbang orijjim (steamed duck with herbs). The gamjajeon (pan-fried potato pancake), which is a specialty of Gangwon-do, cannot be missed, either.
