Sept. 2nd & 3rd. The Han River Bridge Festival will take place at Banpo Hangang Park, Ichon Hangang Park, and Jamsugyo Bridge. Part of the bridge will be closed to traffic on Sept. 2nd so that festival-goers can have a unique festival experience.
