The Hongdae (Hongik University) freemarket is a marketplace for young artists. The market is run in a flea market format, but while a typical flea market sells second-hand goods, this free market sells only genuinely creative artwork. Since 2002, the market has been held every Saturday and has since become a hotspot in Hongdae, as well as a space where buskers can come and perform.
The always market is simply a place where anyone can come and just enjoy life. A place where people can learn how to live healthy, full of stories in every store, a place where the future can be cultivated, and a place where anyone can just be a part of a community. On the second Saturday of every month, those who have a love for traveling can come and connect with other like-minded people at the "Travel Ground."
The antique and vintage furniture street at Itaewon boasts unique goods from England, France, Europe, etc. It's an opportunity to see a variety and range of styles and time periods all in one place! On the last Saturday of every month, come check out the antique flea market at Itaewon and don't miss this rare opportunity to snatch things of your liking at a generous price!

Buyers and sellers can meet face to face and communicate over different cooking methods and recipes. Alot of the food at Marche is also organic and considered "well-being food." Whether it be wheat bread, low-sodium meat, fresh basil pasta, vegan food, etc., come and check out what Marche has to offer. You will be able to see the care and effort that each seller has put into these home-grown ingredients.
