전화해서 예약하겠다니까 분명히 “저희 호텔은 전화예약이 안됩니다” 해놓고 앞에 사람들은 전화로 예약했다고 하면서 체크인을 하더라구요.
전화로 예약 안된다더니 왜 전화예약 되냐고 물으니까 갑자기 있던 방이 없다고 하지를 않나.
굉장히 제멋대로 시스템이에요 호텔이라는 이름이 아까울 정도
사장이라는 사람하고 실랑이를 하니까 손님한테 침도 뱉음
