I'm sure there's better near the area
I stayed here for 6 nights on a solo trip to Seoul and Busan - second time visiting Seoul.
The location itself is great and close to the subway , local eateries however I would avoid local street...

This ibis style looks like it has the standard of the ibis standard.
Strong points: location near the metro and in the centre of Myeongdong.
