Rongraem {Rongraem (Seoul)} is a space created by a Bangkok-mania host who has been to Bangkok more than 30 times and her Thai food-mania who has never been to Bangkok. Gathered in the guesthouse are books, tableware, and other aromatic and pretty things the host has collected while personally visiting Bangkok and Southeast Asia through the years. Once you plate the Thai food on the pretty traditional Thai tableware, the ordinary transforms into a special vacation in Bangkok. Take photos of the great pops and plants as though you were in Bangkok and upload them on your socials. Tag us @rongraem_seoul. Guests can exclusively use the bedroom with a comfortable bed, the dining room with a large kitchen and table, and the pleasant bathroom. We also recommend chilling on the sofa till late at night while listening to nice beats from the Marshall speakers, as well as having a movie marathon using our smart projector. In Itaewon, young, fun stores coexist with old local stores. Famous restaurants, jazz bars, craft beer pubs, cafés, and bakeries are all located within walking distance. Guests can also enjoy exotic food found in Itaewon only using take-out and delivery services. LEEJAE It is an old house at the heart of Seoul that has survived through the ages with Hanyangdoseong (the Seoul City Wall), which has protected Seoul for 600 years. The house has been restored and recreated over a long period. This old wooden house has been remodeled to follow a more convenient and modern style. It is very quiet and comfortable. Guests can feel the nature even when inside the house. The house is away from bustling, loud streets. LEEJAE means “a house good for people.” Give your heart a break from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy a leisurely stay with us.

Siwol One can find a small cluster of hanok (traditional Korean house) between the busy streets of Dongmyo Market. This house with a yard is located there. Once past the door, guests would be freed from noise pollution into a house perfectly equipped with a kitchen and convenient facilities, having the feeling of being in a cozy, old “home.” - Convenient facilities at a walking distance Burger King, McDonald’s, Paris Baguette, Sindang-dong Tteokbokki Town, Daiso, OLIVE YOUNG, Homeplus Express, and a supermarket that is an 8-minute walk away (Hwanghak-dong Emart) - Famous restaurants at a walking distance Hwanghak-dong Gopchang (grilled beefr/pork small intestines) Alley (Yeongmine Gopchang, Obogine Gopchang), Dongmyo pollack soup restaurants, Naksan Naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), Dongmyo Baljeonso, and Dongmyo Gogi Twigim (deep-fried meat) - Famous restaurants nearby Changsin-dong Everest, Changsin-dong Spicy Jokbal (braised pigs' feet) Alley, Jangdari, Geumdwaeji Restaurant, and Yukjeon Restaurant - Bars nearby Dongmyo Market and Sool Study Lab - Cafés nearby The Pter Coffee, Simsejeong, Apothecary, euu, Café Baekdo, Café Bright Side, Changsindang, BBS, and CDT The house is close to Eulji-ro, lined with many famous restaurants, cafés, and bars. You can also walk along Cheonggyeocheon Stream past Dongdaemun to Eulji-ro.

IRIRU It is a beautiful modern hanok (traditional Korean house) completed by master craftsman in traditional wooden architecture and wood furniture making, who are human cultural heritage. It equally boasts of the beautiful views of Bukhansan Mountain and Masilgil Neighborhood Park. The host built this beautiful hanok with much care using Korean land pines, red clay, white clay, cypress, and other natural materials. As such, it offers a special resting time away from busy daily life.

Gangnam Stay Conveniently located just a 10–15 min walk from Gangnam Station and a 7–8 min walk from the Airport Railroad Express (AREX), this pristine guesthouse is for women only. This accommodation is a popular choice among travelers, K-pop fans, and medical/beauty care tourists.

Luxe & Suite Room This Luxe & Suite Room is newly opened and contains elegant materials decorating the rooms. Located right in front of Exit 7, Hongik University Station, this place has a bathroom with a bathtub, and the living room and the main room each have a balcony. It is on the fourth floor, but there is no elevator.

Rakkojae Bukchon Binkwan In the hope that the old becomes new happiness for you … As a hanok (traditional Korean house) opened in March 2022 together with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, this place is a Korean teahouse living room–style where you can enjoy the best selected handmade tea while meditating in a comfortable environment. Bukchon Binkwan means “a house where VIPs stay” and was created to be a venue where valuable guests can stay and rest as if it were “their house.” Located where Master Jeong Se-gwon actively engaged in the modernization of hanok and the development of Bukchon, this house offers a good view of Seoul. Thus, the time spent by the guests meditating and enjoying a cup of tea here provides relaxation to busy people suffering from fatigue by having them experience staying in a hanok. In addition, traditional Korean antiques and ceramics collected over a long period create a captivating ambience, offering the guests the experience of Korea's excellent cultural value and the aesthetics of a beautiful living environment.

MONKEY HOUSE Most of the guests we accommodate are in their 20s–40s. The guesthouse is located near many famous cafés, restaurants, and entertainment centers for guests to enjoy, as well as a supermarket. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in the spring, and eye-catching decorations make every Halloween Day special. In particular, there are many famous restaurants nearby that act as great places for food tours or delivery. Because it is located near the intersection of subway lines 2 and 6, guests can move around downtown Seoul conveniently. As such, it is a lodging option with a high level of satisfaction.
