The selection of over 1,000 calligraphy materials is staggering, ranging from learning brushes that cost less than 10,000 won to top-of-the-line Seoho pens that fetch millions of won. Guhasanbang is said to have been a favorite of the late Emperor and Empress Sunzong, who supplied brushes to the palace. 'Guhasan' is the name of a mountain in Chinese mythology where nine gods commune.
