From the top of the mountain, there are sweeping views of Dongnimmun Gate, Bongwonsa Temple, and the entire Seodaemun area.

More Info The Gangbyeon Techno Mart Observatory connects with the shopping complex's roof garden. The observatory offers excellent views of the Hangang River, Songpa, and panoramas of Jamsil. At night, the lines of cars with their lights illuminate the highways which makes for quite a sight.
Umyeonsan Mountain Wish Tower Observatory

More Info In order to reach Umyeonsan Mountain's Wish Tower Observatory, visitors must climb 365 stairs. While the trek to the top can be a little strenuous, many people still make the clim and the views are truly worth the effort. The views stretch all the way to the Hangang River and places in Gangnam such as the Seoul Arts Center, Bangbae, Korea University Station, and more can be seen from the observatory.
Mapodaegyo Bridge
Views Yeouido, Bamseom Island Ecological Preserve, etc.
More Info The observatory located at the southern end of the Mapodaegyo Bridge has great views of the Seoul sunset. At the observatory, face out and look to the left to see views of Yeouido, and look to the right to see Bamseom Island Ecological Preserve.

Ttukseom Cultural Complex

More Info Visit the cultural complex's J-Bug (Looper) builiding to see exhibitions, performances and more. The cultural complex also has great night views of Seoul, particularly of Ttukseom and the Hangang River. The cultural complex is open until midnight so visitors have plenty of time to enjoy the Hangang River and fantastic views.
More Info Achasan Mountain rises just 287m above sea level but despite it's relatively low high, the mountain peak has excellent views of the eastern boundary of Seoul and the city of Guri in Gyeonggi Province. The observatory is surrounded by lush pine trees and its views are unimpeded by other mountains. Go to the observatory to see views of Jungnang-gu, Gwangjin-gu, and the Hangang River Basin. The Achasan Mountain Observatory is famous for its beautiful views of the sunrise.

More Info At the southern end of Jamsil is the Jamsilmaru Rest Area. The rest area is a welcoming place that is both family and women-friendly. Various activities programs take place at the rest area, and women can obtain information related to the Seoul Metropolitan Government's policies for women. There are excellent views of the Hangang River and the sunset is particularly beautiful at the rest area. Olympic-daero and other areas near the river are also visible.

More Info Noeul Park Observatory Deck is within walking distance of World Cup Stadium Station (Subway line 6). There is plenty to see at Noeul Park, such as the Firefly Eco Exhibition Hall, the Sculpture Park, and more. Because the park on elevated land, observatory deck has bird's eye views of the surrounding area. Gayang, Banghwa, Yanghwadaegyo Bridge, 63 Square, and more are visible from the observatory.
