The “Seoul Garden Festa” is a pop-up store festival held in Seoul's charming parks. As part of its deregulation policy initiative (No. 5, which allows commercial activities in parks), Seoul City has created a festive space where visitors can enjoy pop-up stores, such as markets and food trucks, alongside cultural events—something previously unavailable in parks. The festival features activities that satisfy all five senses, including the Book Garden (an open-air library), busking performances, and gardening programs. Under the slogan "A Healthy Chapter in My Life," each park offers uniquely themed pop-up stores to enhance the visitor experience. Running throughout April, the Seoul Garden Festa will be operated to allow visitors to fully enjoy spring in parks filled with cherry blossoms, tulips, daffodils, and other spring flowers alongside exciting content.
