Jung-gu, Seoul (led by the head of district Kim Gil-sung) will host the "Jeongdong Culture Night" on May 24th (Friday) and 25th (Saturday), bringing the dream of the Korean Empire to Jeongdong. Jeongdong Culture Night, the first cultural heritage night event in Korea, was initiated in Jung-gu, Seoul, in 2015. This year marks the 10th edition of Jung-gu's signature festival. The Jeongdong Culture Night Festival will be held in the Jeongdong-gil and Deoksugung-gil areas, which are known for their rich modern cultural heritage. During this event, visitors can experience historical and cultural facilities open specifically for night viewing, attend a palace concert in Deoksugung, and participate in modern history programs.
