All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.
A.(Answer icon) You can have someone else pick up tickets for you, even if that someone isn't the one who purchased the tickets. The process might differ depending on the venue, but as long as they show a printout of reservation details or provide the reservation number and identification card of the purchaser, they can pick up the tickets. 
A.(Answer icon) Tickets cannot be picked up on any other days besides the show date. Make sure to come early with plenty of time to get your tickets as there might be a long line in the ticket line.
 
A.(Answer icon) It will depend on the show. Some shows do not allow entrance after it’s already started, especially classical concerts or operas. If those situations, you can enter the show during intermission and view the second half of the show.

Even if certain shows allow late entrances, please know that you may not be able to claim your seats if they're found to be occupied until intermission.

Therefore, please try to get there on time for your pleasure and convenience.
A.(Answer icon) Due to the number of problems that have arisen from the use of foreign cards in certain transactions, there are certain limitations that are in place regarding the use of foreign cards.

Foreign cards are only permitted a certain number of transactions per day and per month, and have a total purchasing limit per month.
The frequency of use limit is 3 transactions per day, 15 transactions per month (including cancellations). The total purchasing limit is 2,000,000 won per month for performances and 50,000 won per month for movies (including cancellations). If you are no longer able to reserve or cancel your tickets, most likely it is because you have exceeded the limitations in your foreign card use.
A.(Answer icon) In order to register exhibitions for posting on the Visit Seoul website, you must fill out and submit information pertaining to operation details, provide pictures, and sign a consent form regarding the provision of personal information. You are also required to submit operation details, provide pictures, and sign a consent form regarding the provision of personal information to conduct a content review prior to approval. A.(Answer icon) The Seoul City Tour Bus has a total of 7 routes, including the Downtown Palace, Hangang Jamsil, and Nightview courses. Detailed information for each course can be found at https://english.visitseoul.net/citytourbus.
A.(Answer icon) The Seoul City Tour Bus has open seating, rather than assigned seating. If the seats are occupied, tourists may stand in the space available or board the next available bus.
A.(Answer icon) Audio guides are provided on each of the Seoul City Tour Bus courses. Each passenger is given one set of headphones for comfortable use.
