Photomatic is a self photo studio. Fully equipped with a backdrop, camera, lights, etc., the studio is ready for taking the perfect portait at a push of a remote control button. Because the studio only accepts 10 group of customers per day, reserving a spot in advance is a must. After arriving at the studio at the scheduled time slot, you are given 15 minutes to take your photo. Although 15 minutes can seem like quite a short time, it's actually pretty long for a photo shoot. Although awkward at first, you will soon start getting into taking photos of yourself. Rigid expressions and posture will melt away into natural smiles and easy poses. After the first 7 minutes is up, the staff will set up the camera to take both full body or half body portraits. After the photo shoot, you and the staff will go through all the photos, select some for retouches, and be able to print your favorite ones out if you purchase the Basic Shooting package. The final two photos you've selected will be given as both file and printed photos along with a small video of you during the photo shoot.

As the staff seats you at your table, prepare yourself for a outdoor gourmet experience. As they prepare the charcoal, you'll be served with drinks and liquor. Soon, the staff will arrive with 2-tier tray loaded up with the freshest ingredients for you to grill. Put on your napkins and start grilling and soon enough, you'll feel as if you're a chef. The set menu includes various salad and desserts made at a separate booth so that you can enjoy a richer dining experience.

If you like books, how about trying your hand at bookbinding? Bookbinding is an art and process in which you use paper and thread and bind them into books. Gobook Studio is a workshop run by an owner who studied the art of bookbinding in London and a place for visitors to learn how to bind books as well. Every month, there are various basic programs and one-day classes offered at this studio. The easiest way to get started with bookbinding is by also using the Bookbinding DIY Kit sold at this workshop. The kit includes paper, covers, thread, needle, label, and an instruction manual on how to bind an Asian-style book. After placing the paper between the two covers, stitch along the holes with the thread and needle following the instruction manual to successfully make the book.

Aromind is a perfume workshop where you can make your own perfume. Offering one-day classes for people of all ages, the workshop operated its classes by reservation only. Located in hanok situated in a quiet alleyway in Bukchon, the workshop emits a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. Once enough students reserve their spots for a class, the class starts off with a basic explanation on perfume. Depending on the amount of oil and the strength and intensity of scent, the mixture can be separated into categories ranging from perfume to shower cologne. However, this class specializes in making eau de parfum. After being exposed to 10 different top, middle, and base fragrance, students can sample the scent of 30 different formulas and pick the one they like best to make that perfume. Following the lead and explanation of the teacher, you'll soon find yourself having fun creating a scent for yourself. After bottling the mixture into a 12 mL sample size bottle and 50 mL bottle, you can then put them in a box and take them home as a gift or souvenir.
