The JTBC4 TV show Beauty Room has become a popular topic with the combination of K-Pop and the world beauty trend leader K-Beauty. Pen shell risotto is the specialty here, boasting a grand presentation with a generous portion of smooth and savory cream on giant pen shells. JOY187 is the beauty shop introduced by LABOUM’s Sol-bin in Beauty Room episode 2. She introduces how the idols have their makeup and hair touched up here for Beauty Room. On this episode they specially revealed beauty tips on using eyelash curlers, taking care of damaged hair, new trendy eyelash forms, and more. JOY187 offers all services related to grooming, from nail care to hair styling, scalp clinics, and makeup. It is famous a beauty shop frequented by singers Hong Jin-young and Heize, girl group EXID, and many other celebrities. Be sure to call in advance though, since the shop operates strictly by reservation only!

Jipssaeuiharu Cat Cafe in Gangnam, a cafe for abandoned cats, was introduced as the place most loved by Jun Hyoseong in episode 5. It finds rescued cats to help, and is operated entirely on proceeds from customer entrance fees without any other fundraising activities. Around 30 cats live here, including the American Curl “Curry,” Siamese “Choco,” and Bengal “Albert.” The cats tend to like people, so if you love cats you will have a fun time here. The entrance fee includes one complimentary drink.
