• ●Date/Time : The 3rd or 4th Friday of every month at 11:00 and 14:00, lasting approximately 120 minutes

• ●Application for the programs can be submitted starting four weeks before the program date.

• ●Individual application forms are required for each applicant.

• ●If there are more than 10 applicants for the program, participants will be selected through a lottery.

• ●Applicants selected as participants will receive a confirmation email 7 days before the scheduled date of the program.

• ●Unselected applicants will not receive an email separately.

• ●Participants are required to present their passport and identification for verification of their foreign status.

• ●To ensure smooth program operation, if you are confirmed as a participant but cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the program office (email: hallyuseoul@gmail.com / Instagram: @seoul_hallyu).

• ●If you are confirmed as a participant but fail to attend without prior notice, you will be restricted from participating in future Seoul Hallyu Experience Programs.
