[Program Application and Guidelines]
●Application for the programs can be submitted starting four weeks before the program date.
●Individual application forms are required for each applicant.
●If there are more than 10 applicants for the program, participants will be selected through a lottery.
●Applicants selected as participants will receive a confirmation email 7 days before the scheduled date of the program.
●Unselected applicants will not receive an email separately.
●Participants are required to present their passport and identification for verification of their foreign status.
●To ensure smooth program operation, if you are confirmed as a participant but cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the program office (email: hallyuseoul@gmail.com / Instagram: @seoul_hallyu).
