• ●Eligibility: Open to all foreign tourists visiting Seoul

• ●Date/Time: Last Friday of each month in June and July (4:30 PM), and the second and last Friday of each month from August to October (4:30 PM) / Total duration: 200 minutes
  

• ○Schedules may vary slightly, and detailed information can be found on the application page

• ●Venue: Ktown4u COEX (3F, 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
  

• ○ 175 meters from Exit 6 of Samseong Station on Subway Line 2

• ●Content: K-POP Shorts Making Class (70min) + Tour Ktown4u Coex (40min) + Attend K-Pop Culture Festa (90min)

• ○The K-POP Culture Festa is held on the last Friday of each month

• ●Capacity: 30 participants

• ●Language: English, Korean

• ●Participation Fee: Free

  [Program Application and Guidelines]

• ●We recommend wearing comfortable attire and sneakers for the dance choreography activities.

• ●Unauthorized photography or video recording during the lecture is not allowed. (Photo time will be provided after the lecture)

• ●Program applications can be submitted starting four weeks before the program date.

• ●Each individual should submit one application form per person.

• ●If the number of program applicants exceeds 30, participants will be selected through a lottery.

• ●Applicants selected as participants will receive a participant confirmation request email 7 days before the scheduled program date. Once you respond to the email, your participation will be confirmed.

• ●Applicants who are not selected will not receive a separate email.

• ●To ensure smooth program operation, if you are confirmed as a participant but cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the program office (email: hallyuseoul@gmail.com / Instagram: @seoul_hallyu). 

• ●For a faster response, please use the Seoul Hallyu SNS accounts (Instagram DM / Facebook Messenger).

• ●If you are confirmed as a participant but fail to attend without prior notice, you will be restricted from participating in future Seoul Hallyu Experience Programs.
