Tongin market, which is located in the Seochon village is the traditional market that shows the daily life of Korean, and it is getting popular with the lunch box café that operated with the idea of the vendors to revitalize the market. It became more popular after broadcast on famous TV programs like Muhan Dojeon, Running man.
You could make your own lunch box after changing your cash in yeopjeon and choose some foods from the shops, and it is only available in Tongin market.
Tip
· You can buy the yeopjeon with from the lunch box café on the right of the market entrance, and they sell 1 yeopjeon as 500 won. Buying 10 yeopjeon for a person is enough.
· You could make your lunch box with the shops, which set up the sign like ‘We are joined in the lunch box café’ in the tongin market, and the market operated on every Monday, but the lunch café will be closed on that day.
It would be good to walk down the Seochon village, which connected to the back gate of Tongin market if you stuffed your stomach with generous lunch box.
Course 3. Gentle palace of the night that has a long history : The night visiting of the Deoksugung Palace
The highlight of the Midnight in Seoul course is the night visiting course of the Deoksugung Palace, which every participant turned into the modern boys and modern ladies in 1900’s Kyungsung.
