There’s nothing as thrilling as watching your favorite stars performing right before your eyes. Recently the ‘BOYS 24 Hall’ opened near Namdaemun Market where you can watch this idol group formed through the reality program, . Here, fans can watch the group perform live and even vote for their favorite members. On top of that, it’s located right in Namdaemun Market, famed for shopping. Course 1. (12 PM) Where Seoul is Alive

Namdaemun Market is not only one of Seoul’s most representative traditional markets but it has over 600 years of history to it. It’s also Seoul’s largest traditional market making it a lively place for shopping. There’s long been a saying that there’s nothing one cannot find at Namdaemun Market. Approximately 10,000 shops are housed in this market selling just about everything including textiles, kitchen supplies, fresh produce, traditional snacks, imported goods, and more.
Of course, one cannot miss out on all the food that is available here. Kal-guksu (noodle soup), galchi-jorim (braised cutlassfish), saengseon-gui (grilled fish) are all some of Namdaemun Market’s most representative dishes but there’s also plenty of snacks such as hotteok (sugar-filled Korean pancake), kkwabaegi (twisted bread stick), and jjinppang (steamed bun). Ordering a sweet coffee inside the market according to your preference from one of the many vendors inside also has its fun.

Course 2. (3 PM) A New Luxury Shopping Experience in Myeondong at

Shinsegae Duty Free Store in Myeongdong

Within the Shinsegae Department Store in Myeongdong, the Shinsegae Duty Free Store has opened in the annex building’s 8th through 12th floors. Over 220 beauty and luxury brands are featured here which join some 60 local brands in the ‘K-Beauty Zone’. There’s also a handcrafted artisan crafts section within the ‘K-Gift Shop’, a Line Friends store, Kakao Friends store, and more. Inside the K-Character Shop, you can find the official merchandise goods of YG Entertainment’s top stars such as Big Bang, Winner, iKon, and others. Art pieces are also featured regularly throughout the store such as the Mirror Carousel by Belgian artist Carsten Höller.

Course 3. (8 PM) ‘BOYS 24 Hall’ Where You Can See Boys 24 Up Close

The 28 members of the idol group ‘Boys 24’ can be met here at the ‘Boys 24 Hall’ in Namdaemun allowing fans the opportunity to grow alongside the group 24 hours, 365 days a year. The 28 members are divided into four units – yellow, green, sky, and white- to showcase their different merits. On Fridays and Saturdays, two unit teams perform together while on Sundays, all four units make an appearance.
The competition was fierce for the members to get to where they are and their performances are no less spectacular- perfect vocals, precise and technical dance skills, great manners, and of course great looks they have it all. As the group has not yet officially debuted, each week the members will gain valuable experience. At the end of every performance, fans can vote for the members that impressed them the most and later on, the members with the most total votes will form a ‘top unit’.
‘Boys 24 Hall’ has been set up as an imaginary living space of the members. Visitors can get to know the various merits of the members through the digital frames and purchase official merchandise here.

The ‘Boys 24 Hall’ also hosts a series of events throughout the year such as on a member’s birthday when you can not only send personalized birthday message to the member but maybe get chosen to take a picture with the member or receive a high-five from them.
