You can exchange money at many places in Korea. Incheon and Gimpo Airports have currency exchange booths, and banks or government-certified currency exchange booths are additional options. Banks will offer the best rates but usually close at 4 p.m. Withdrawing money via ATM is also a convenient option but remember to get information from your home bank regarding foreign withdrawals fees. Currency exchange booths are another option and you can find them in most of Seoul's tourist areas (like Myeong-dong, Insa-dong, etc).
