Hi hi! I'm planning to visit Seoul during my birthday month in mid-July. Heard summer temperature can be quite high and rainy. Is it hotter than Bangkok (where I always end up for my holidays)? Friends told me to go other seasons but I can't wait till September for the autumn season. Hope you can enlighten me on the actual temperature in Seoul during summer.

Hello Adex,
July is the hottest month of the year in Seoul but if you're used to warm weather you should be fine. :)
Temperatures average from the high 20s to the mid 30s throughout the month. Korea's rainy season will be in full swing in July so make sure you're prepared for rain!
Thank you,
