"Neungrado Seocho serves Pyeongyang naengmyeon and Korean beef dishes made from top-grade ingredients. It sits on Seocho-daero within walking distance of Gyodae Station, and doubles as a lunch spot and an evening gathering place for the neighborhood's office workers.
The signature dishes are charcoal-grilled sirloin bulgogi from Korean cows, jeyuk, and eobuk-jaengban, a platter of assorted boiled meats served on a single dish. The naengmyeon pairs pure buckwheat noodles, milled in-house, with a broth drawn from grade 1++ Korean beef for a clean, deep flavor. Add the mung bean pancake and you have the full range of Pyeongyang cooking.
The Seocho branch also has Neungrado Black, a set of upscale private rooms in a separate area where privacy is assured. Corkage is free, so you can bring a favorite bottle of wine, and valet parking is available - a good fit for hosting clients or holding a gathering."
