  • {Rongraem (Seoul)} is a space created by a Bangkok-mania host who has been to Bangkok more than 30 times and her Thai food-mania who has never been to Bangkok. Gathered in the guesthouse are books, tableware, and other aromatic and pretty things the host has collected while personally visiting Bangkok and Southeast Asia through the years.

    Once you plate the Thai food on the pretty traditional Thai tableware, the ordinary transforms into a special vacation in Bangkok. Take photos of the great pops and plants as though you were in Bangkok and upload them on your socials. Tag us @rongraem_seoul.

    Guests can exclusively use the bedroom with a comfortable bed, the dining room with a large kitchen and table, and the pleasant bathroom. We also recommend chilling on the sofa till late at night while listening to nice beats from the Marshall speakers, as well as having a movie marathon using our smart projector.

    In Itaewon, young, fun stores coexist with old local stores. Famous restaurants, jazz bars, craft beer pubs, cafés, and bakeries are all located within walking distance. Guests can also enjoy exotic food found in Itaewon only using take-out and delivery services. At the guesthouse, guests can find a list of great Thai restaurants that the host strongly recommends, guides to nearby tasty restaurants, and a Pad Thai recipe.   • 1. Kitchen ครัว🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - Having tasted the sauces of six brands at the Gourmet Market Siam Paragon in Bangkok and cooked with them, the host has finally selected the best Pad Thai sauce and provides it for free with rice noodles, eggs, and green onion with a recipe for the best Pad Thai.
    - Tableware, teacups, and vintage cups that the host has personally brought from Chiang Mai and Bangkok are provided in the cupboard. (Guests can use them freely but must make sure not to break them, not because they are expensive but, more so, because they´re difficult to purchase again in Seoul.)
    - Basic seasonings, cooking utensils, a microwave oven, an induction stove, an electric pot, and a coffee drip set are provided. (A supermarket and convenience store are located within 2-min walking distance.)

    2. Bath การอาบน้ำ 🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - Aveda shampoo and conditioner, Dr. Bronner’s body wash and hand wash, and various toothpaste are provided for free.
    - Guests can also use the hair dryer and fluffy towels.

    3. Bluetooth Speaker เสียง 🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - Marshall Bluetooth speakers are provided for premium sound quality.
    - Guests should adjust the volume after 9:00 p.m.

    4. Projector หนัง 🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - An LG CineBeam and Projector with Netflix and YouTube installed are provided for free.

    5. Coffee กาแฟ 🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - A Blue Bottle hand dripper and fresh coffee beans are provided for free.

    6. Bedding ฐาน 🇰🇷🇹🇭
    - A queen bed, daybed, and double-layered tent bed are provided in the space.
    - The host’s parents personally wash and completely dry the beddings and towels, and replace them with clean ones each time for new guests. As such, we personally and meticulously take care of them and do not entrust the work to others.

    - Numerous travel books on Bangkok are placed on the shelf. (Please do not take away or tear the books so that other guests may use them well.)
