  • As a hanok (traditional Korean house) in the city center, you can enjoy numerous galleries, cafés, and other cultural facilities and tourist sites nearby. You can stay comfortably in this quiet house in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace’s Yeongchumun Gate.

  • Located across Yeongchumun Gate on the western end of Gyeongbokgung Palace, it has three bedrooms, one bed, and one bathroom. You can find Tongui Madang Park, tree-lined streets of the Cheong Wa Dae, gourmet restaurants, chic cafés, convenience stores, cultural complexes and facilities, and various other places to enjoy in the neighborhood. Yet, the house is located in a quiet residential area where you can rest both your body and mind. There is also a yard where you can chat. The hanok is made of wood, which is flammable, so please take extra precautions when using fire.

Transportation
Parking is not available at the house. Please use the public parking lot by Cheongwadae Sarangchae or the private paid parking lot of Dolyang (Chinese restaurant) in Tongui-dong. Please note that there may be no free spaces available on the weekends. Alight at Gyeongbokgung Station Line 3, and take Exit 3 or 4.
