The space is exclusively for foreigners. It is a unique house where guests can experience the past, from the Joseon period to the present in 2023 Korea, at the heart of Seoul. Managed with a focus on cleanliness and convenience, it is a space where everything guests need is carefully provided. It is a perfect space for meetings, parties, rest, and gatherings that will mesmerize you with its modernity and comfort. It is optimally located at a 5-minute walk from Subway Lines 1, 2, 4, and 5 and an airport bus stop. The location is perfect for touring around a famous Seoul market and tasting different Korean foods within walking distance. You can shop at wholesale and retail night markets that sell fashionable shoes, clothes, and bags and opens at 8:00 p.m. The neighborhood also has many restaurants that are open 24 hours. The trail along the restored Cheonggyecheon Stream is right in front of the building. As such, you can enjoy a leisurely walk anytime. Details

The interior was completely renovated in 2023, and the bedding and towels are hotel-class and efficiently managed. Basic snacks and a Coway water purifier are provided. The living room and each room have individual heating and cooling systems, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and wine glasses. The dining room has an elegant table for 12.

Transportation: 1. Com from the Cheonggyecheon Stream side to B-407 on the fourth floor of Dongdaemun Shoes Market at 307, Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul. (The map may lead you to the alley, but it is easier to find us by walking from the front of the building along the streamside.) Then, you will find a small signboard of our space in the middle of the building on the fourth floor. The main door is orange. 2.Free parking is not available in the building. The public parking lot managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government beside Cheonggyecheon Stream in front of the building is open on weekdays and weekends (24 hours). It provides free parking from 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays to 7:00 p.m. on Sundays on a first come, first served basis. 3. * Dongdaemun Station Exit 7 of Subway Lines 1 and 4 * (Dongdaemun Station) You can reach us the fastest by coming out of Exit 1, where the Dongdaemun Underground Shopping Center is located. * Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station Exit 1 on Subway Lines 2 and 5
