“TOTU seoul” is located in Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Korea. There are many cafés, bars, and independent bookstores in different corners of Huam-dong, which you can find while strolling in alleys. The accommodation was created by remodeling a sewing factory building that had been in existence for over 50 years. We did not forcefully change the space but used the structure as it was, including the windows. As an unshared house, it consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, showering room, and terrace. For the best comfort, the furniture was all made in low height, straight forms, and neutral tones.

Guests can do some simple cooking in the kitchen.
We actively practice zero waste in our operations. All signs and paper goods are made of recycled paper, and we provide solid toothpaste and natural scrub. The detergent and toiletries are refilled in a zero-waste shop.

Parking is available for one car, but the garage’s ceiling is so low that large vehicles cannot be parked in it.(Ask the host for the parking space.)
