  • This is an independent house located between Sadang Station and Isu Station. It is an independent guesthouse that comes with an Asian-style living room decorated under the concept of tea, a large dining room where guests can enjoy diverse content, including films, with a beam projector and a comfy bedroom. If guests want to drink tea, tea leaves to one’s liking and tea-drinking ware (teapot, etc.) are provided. Coffee beans and hand drip tools are also provided for guests who like drinking coffee. Not only the second floor but also the rooftop can be comfortably used. From the rooftop, guests can enjoy the beautiful sunset in between small houses. Guests can equally get some fresh air and drink a nice cool glass of beer on the rooftop.

  • - The accommodation consists of a bedroom (queen size bed, air conditioner), a dining room (dining table, sofa, beam projector, and air conditioner), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition, guests can freely enjoy the rooftop.
    - We can accommodate up to two guests, and self-check-in is possible.
    - The Sadang Two-story House is in a quiet residential area where guests can enjoy a tranquil rest.
    - All beddings are washed, sterilized, and dried after each use.
    - The house is two-storied, so we do not recommend the accommodation to people who have problems walking up and down the stairs.
    - The house is absolutely smoke-free inside, and pets are not allowed.
