The old hanok was renovated into a family home which was then transformed into a guesthouse. The guesthouse offers a friendly atmosphere.

The ㄷ-shaped hanok family home that faces south was made into a guesthouse. Thanks to its southern exposure, the sunlight falls on the guesthouse all throughout the day. Guests can hang out at the Toetmaru and listen to the sounds of the landscape and winds while enjoying the warm sunlight for a time of healing.

There are many nearby tourist attractions that can be visited by walking, such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insa-dong. The host is always on site and guests can request help from the host at any time.

Transportation: - Get out Exit 3 of Anguk Station (Line 3) and walk 10 meters straight in the direction of the exit. Take a left to Hyundai Engineering Building and walk about 5 minutes. Take a left at Gyedong Pizza. Walk into the second alley on the right to see Chung Won San Bang Academy on the right. Arrive at the guesthouse located next to the academy.

- Take Jongno 02 to Gahoe-dong Office bus stop. Walk about 1 minute into the alleyway next to GS25 to see Chung Won San Bang Academy on the right. Go into the alleyway and arrive at the guesthouse next to the academy.
