About

Sodam Stay is a hanok that is located in the quiet residential area near Sodam-gil in Gongdeok-dong. In the morning, our yard is filled with bright sunshine. When it rains, our house is the perfect place to listen to the sound of rain.
We are a married couple who bought this house to have peaceful weekends and share it with domestic and foreign guests who are looking for a hanok experience.

Details

- We change the bedding and towels to offer clean linens for each guest, and the whole space is thoroughly cleaned.
- Sodam Stay is a traditional hanok that is refurbished in a modern style. The hosts also use all the furniture, appliances, and objects in the guesthouse.
- We use MUJI for the bedding cover.
- Sodam Stay is a safe accommodation as it was designated as a tourist convenience and hanok experience facility by Mapo-gu Office. It is equipped with a digital door lock and fire prevention facilities (fire extinguisher, flashlight, fire alarm, CO detector, etc.).

Amenities

Transportation: -Guests do not need to transfer after taking the Airport Railroad to Gongdeok Station. It takes about 55 minutes from Incheon International Airport and 17 minutes from Gimpo International Airport.
- Located a 7-minute walk (flat) from Exit 4 (escalator) of Gongdeok Station.

- We recommend you take the Airport Bus.
- Take bus #6015 from Incheon International Airport or bus #6021 from Gimpo International Airport and get off at the Mapo Police Station bus stop. It takes 3 minutes on foot to reach Sodam Stay.
