About
  • Established in the late Joseon period (153 years ago) as a house of a scholar-official, Sieunjae is a middle-sized hanok that boasts traditional taste and grace of an old house of Korea.

“Sieunjae” means “hidden in the middle of Hanyang (city),” and it is located near Insa-dong. As almost everything from the past is intact in the house, you can feel different atmosphere from that of modern apartment.
