  • Welcome to Koon House! Our guesthouse offers the cleanest environment that a guesthouse can offer.

    Koon House has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom, and we are located near Seoul Station, the center of Korea.

    We are situated on the first floor, and guests do not have to walk up a single stair step during their stay here. (This makes it easy for guests to move about with their luggage.)

    A full view of Namsan Tower can be seen from the guesthouse, and the Namsan Tower walking course is located a 5-minute walk from the facility. Myeong-dong is located 4 minutes away by subway, 5 minutes by taxi, and 15 minutes on foot, and Seoullo 7017 is located a 10-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse is accessible from Dongdaemun Station (5 stations via Line 1) and Hongik Univ. Station (8 minutes via subway) with Lotte Mart Seoul Station Branch (4-minute walk) and Namdaemun Market (10-minute walk) in vicinity. We are also located near Gwanghwamun Gate, Insa-dong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong, and we are only a 25-minute subway ride away from Gangnam Station.

    Koon House is also settled near Korea’s finest and largest hospital. Accordingly, our guesthouse is suitable for guests who are in Korea for medical tourism. Our guesthouse is also suitable for individuals who are going into self-quarantine. We welcome inquiries by guests who wish to stay at the guesthouse for more than 14 days.

    To guests who have confirmed their reservations, we offer a simple but detailed manual that includes directions and guidelines for use the guesthouse one week before check-in.

    Rules
    - Feel free to use the spaces comfortably, but please refrain from playing loud music or making inappropriate noise after 9 PM. Please refrain from hanging party balloons or garlands as the adhesion can damage the walls.
    - No smoking on premises. The fire alarm may be activated upon smoking.
    - Please recycle as there are trash cans and trash bags for recycling, general trash bags, and trash bags for food waste.
