About
  • Hak Min Jae was built in 1936 and recently renovated to be reborn as a special accommodation.

Located in Bukchon Hanok Village, which is between Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace, the quiet and quaint traditional hanok is not only great for accommodation but also for special gatherings, photoshoots, etc.

To the south, you can see Namsan Mountain and downtown Seoul. To the east, there is a panorama of old tiled rooms of Gahoe-dong and Gye-dong, and to the west from the entrance, you can appreciate the presence of Inwangsan Mountain.

The benefit of environmentally friendly hanok is maximized while the inconvenient living facilities of old hanok have been improved.
