NamHyunDang is a Korean hanok house with a big yard, located in Gyeongun-dong, the center of Jongno-gu in Seoul. NamHyunDang is a traditional Korean house constructed in the 1910s. It was transformed into the current soft and warm hanok guesthouse through a general renovation project.

Unhyeongung Palace and Insa-dong are not far from the house. You can enjoy a walk through only a few remaining charming alleyways of Seoul. NamHyunDang is a guesthouse with a comfortable atmosphere which is perfect for families who want to enjoy slow, leisurely time with family members in a hanok.

Details

- The guesthouse offers one single room (for one or two guests), one double room, and two family rooms.
- The room is painted with red clay, and has an air conditioner. In winter, you can rest on a warm electric blanket.
- In spring, summer and autumn, you can use the table in the front yard to enjoy meals and tea time.
- Breakfast is included, however it may not be available depending on the social distancing level due to COVID-19.
