Guests can use the large 100-square-meter private space without being bothered by others. Located 3 minutes from Sinseoldong Station, it is close to a large supermarket, convenience store, and Starbucks.

- The large and clean yard has a 40-year-old rugged apricot tree.
- You can climb the stairs over the supply room.
- The tinkling of the wind-bell will comfort your mind as you look at the sky and the yard day or night.

[Bedroom/tea room]
- For two guests, the room is prepared for tea ceremony.
- For three or more guests, the room is used both for the tea ceremony and sleeping. You should fold the tea table and lay the queen size mat and bedding on the floor before going to sleep.
