    A 4-minute walk from Hongik University Station. On the west of the accommodation are Yeonnam-dong and Yeontral Park, Sinchon Station on the east, and Hongik University Kkalkkal Street and Gyeongui Line Forest Park on the south. As such, it is located near popular places (5-minute walking distance).

    It is close to the subway and bus stop, making it easily accessible, but guests can comfortably rest in the evening as it is in a quiet residential area.

    A convenience store, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry shop, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., as well as all kinds of convenient facilities and stores, are located nearby.

    On the first floor of the same building is a café that offers handmade coffee crafted by the owner, who personally roasts coffee beans and drips coffee.
