  • It is a half underground house of a modern black and white style that feels neat like a hotel but cozy like one’s own home.
    The entire house has been remodeled into a pleasant, cozy space that does not feel like a half-underground structure. The neat and well-organized space and its indirect and direct lighting make the space look bright. The security windows and mothproof nets are all new, and the dehumidifier keeps the half-underground cool and dry.

    It is easily accessible to and from major tourist attractions (Itaewon, Myeong-dong, Gwanghwamun, City Hall, Gangnam, etc.) and famous neighborhoods like Hongik University (Hongdae), Mangwon, Hangang River, and Yeonnam-dong, which are at walking distance.
    Hangang Park is within a 15-min walking distance. (Guests can also take a town bus to the park.)

    A hospital, Homeplus supermarket, and Kyobo Bookstore are located within walking distance. Hongik University, Ewha Womans University, and Sogang University are all really close by, so it is a great place for exchange or international students to stay at.
