The Hallyu Cooking Class is a unique cooking program that is specially catered towards non-Korean nationals visiting Seoul. Participants will be able to sample and cook a variety of Korean dishes that have been featured on popular K-TV Shows and K-Dramas.

The class will provide a great opportunity to learn from professional chefs who specialize in Korean cuisine. The chef will provide detailed instructions that will be interpreted into English. Those who are not familiar with Korean kitchen utensils will learn the proper ways to use them.

The themes for the class change every month and are available on the website. The types of dishes range from Korean street foods to traditional desserts. For example, the theme for June 2017, is the menu featured in the K-TV Show “Yoon’s Kitchen.”

The Hallyu Cooking Class will provide great insight into Korean cuisine and popular culture. Participants will be able to take the professional chef’s signature recipes back to their home country. No prior cooking experience is necessary in order to participate.
