About

Dajayon is a cozy, traditional hanok that is located between Changdeokgung Palace and Jongmyo Shrine. The old hanok was decorated for a comfortable stay by modern guests.

Near the Dajayon Hanok are Jongmyo Shrine, Gwangjang market, and Dongdaemun Gate to the east, Insa-dong Street, Jogyesa Temple, and Gwanghwamun Square to the west, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeong-dong, and Namsan Tower to the south, and Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village to the north.

Located near old palaces and Seoul attractions, Dajayon Hanok offers a convenient and fine environment for guests to experience and enjoy Korean culture.

Transportation: - Take Exit 7 of Jongno 3(sam)-ga Station (Lines 1, 3, 5), walk 110 meters straight in direction of Changdeokgung Palace, take the alleyway between Samhwa Building and Donhwamun Kalguksu, take a right and walk 49 meters straight, and arrive at Dajayon Hanok Stay (about 3-minute walk)

- Get on the train at Incheon Int’l Airport Station, transfer to Line 5 at Gongdeok Station, get out Exit 7 at Jongno 3(sam)-ga Station, walk 110 meters straight in the direction of Changdeokgung Palace, take the alleyway between Samhwa Building and Donhwamun Kalguksu, make a right and walk 49 meters straight to arrive at Dajayon Hanok Stay

- Go to the bus stop (#5-B or #2-A) on the first floor of Incheon Airport, take #6011 to Changdeokgung airport limousine bus stop (about 60 minutes), walk 60 meters straight in the direction that the bus departs in, make a right and walk 250 meters straight (in the direction of Jongno 3(sam)-ga Station, pass the Tteok Museum and cross the street, walk 80 meters straight in the same direction, take the alleyway between Samhwa Building and Donhwamun Kalguksu, make a left and walk 49 meters straight, and arrive at Dajayon Hanok Stay (about 10-minute walk)
