  • There is a yard and a rooftop terrace inside the guesthouse.
    You can rent our barbecue grill and various cooking utensils (fee charged).

    The basic rental fee is KRW 10,000 for 4 hours; however, you may use it for a full-day period if there are no other guests who wish to use it. The barbecue grill rental set includes a grill, tongs, charcoal, scissors, gloves, and gas torch. You have to book in advance to rent the barbecue set. To rent the barbecue set, tell us when you would like to rent the set when you are making a room reservation via AirBnB message. Please pay the fee when you check in. Thank you.

    To ensure everyone’s safety, we only allow guests who have received a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. You must submit your negative test result issued by the health authorities of your country to the guesthouse before check-in. (Submit by attaching the test result via AirBnB message.) If you cannot provide a negative PCR test result, you may be able to rent the room through verification from the local health authorities (i.e. Dongjak-gu Office, Dongjak-gu Public Health Center). If you fail to provide us with your negative PCR test result before the end of check-in hours, it will be considered that you were unable to understand the booking rules and your reservation will be canceled due to negligence.

    If you are tested positive for COVID-19 after you checked in to the guesthouse, you hold duties and responsibilities to comply with instructions from Korean administrative and health authorities.

    When our staff members approve your booking request, we consider that you have read and agreed with these terms and conditions.

    Note
    - Please take off your shoes inside.
    - No parties allowed.
    - No smoking except only at the entrance and in the garden.
    - No reception. (Please message me when you arrive at the entrance.)
    - Please turn off electronic appliances when you leave the room.
