Space Moda Welcome to our quaint hanok accommodation situated in a walled town of Hanyangdoseong (Seoul City Wall). We are located near not just Hanyangdoseong, but also Naksan Park and neighborhood, such as Seongbuk-dong and Hyehwa-dong, which are accessible on foot. Built in 1935 as a hanok residence, our accommodation has recently undergone eco-friendly renovation and opened our doors in December 2021. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay at our detached hanok accommodation.

Hanok Stay Unnie House Hanok Stay Unnie House is a homely accommodation not like any other accommodation. It is a hanok that incorporates minimalism that mainly appeals to those in their 20s and 30s. Guests can use the large 100-square-meter private space without being bothered by others. Located 3 minutes from Sinseoldong Station, it is close to a large supermarket, convenience store, and Starbucks. The space is created under thoughtful consideration to have guests spend time for being closer to each other. Upon entering, you will find another space. Come and enjoy the relaxing hanok located at the center of the city.

27th-gil Guesthouse Welcome! 27th-gil Guesthouse is conveniently located at the perfect spot for shopping and sightseeing with lots of clothing stores, restaurants, cafes, cosmetics stores, movie theaters, clubs, and bars. There are 24/7 convenient stores and Daiso nearby where you can buy essentials whenever you need. Walk along Gyeongui Line Forest Park to look around the scenic paths, take pictures and make cherishable moments. [Our Services] - Rooms are not allowed to be used for partying. - You can check your luggage before you check in. - There are kitchen utensils to use for basic cooking. - You can use the water purifier instead of buying bottled water. - There are two bathrooms where you can take a shower. - We provide shampoo, conditioner, foam cleanser, body wash, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, and hair iron. - We provide adequate supply of constant hot water. - There is a large TV (Olleh TV, Chromecast-compatible). - Free WiFi is available everywhere in the guesthouse.

It is located in a quiet residential area where you can experience an authentic stay in a Korean home with various convenient facilities nearby. Moreover, guests have easy access to major tourist attractions, such as the Hangang River, World Cup Stadium, CJ E&M, YG Entertainment, and the Hongik University (Hongdae) campus area, for a convenient and inexpensive stay to visit festivals and events. The friendly ambiance allows you to greet other guests and share travel information. The guesthouse manager is readily available to assist you. Positives Hanok Positives is a hanok accommodation where positive minds gather together. Positives is a hanok accommodation in which the host’s home and the guesthouse are separated. It is designed for accommodations to be separate from the host even with a separate entrance for guests to avoid any inconvenience. Our accommodation has Positives Room A on the first floor and Positives Room B on the second floor. Reservations can be made for two groups a day. Each floor has separate bathrooms to provide more privacy between guests. * The courtyard and the entrance are common areas for all guests. Zone out while sitting under the sunlight, turn on the lights in the attic, listen to some music, and write a handwritten letter for a change.
