Art House Art House is located near the Hongik University area where you can feel the dynamic spirit of youth and culture. Art House is located on the 15th floor of an apartment complex, and a personal entrance card is provided for guests. We are located within a walking distance from two subway lines (Sinchon Station and Gwangheungchang Station) and near the corner of Hongik University.

Yeonnamjae Guesthouse Yeonnamjae Guesthouse was recently renovated, and all of the facilities are brand new. It is small, but cozy, convenient and clean. It is 5 minutes away from Exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Station, and 1 minute away from Yeontral Park. It is located in the heart of Yeonnam-dong, so you can find convenience stores and popular restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes from the house. On the first floor of the building, there is Bakyongseok Sushi, a popular restaurant in Yeonnam-dong. In the building next to us, there are popular wine bar and Dongnam Bangatgan. Songgane Gamjatang is right in front of the building, and Gyeongyang Katsu is also only 100 meters away. This guesthouse is a legitimate guesthouse as part of the SafeStay campaign.

Also, there are famous restaurants like Hobak Sikdang and Geumdwaeji Sikdang and convenient eating places like Burger King, Subway, Pizza Hut and Taegeukdang Bakery.

Tongin 1939 Tongin 1939 is a hanok built in 1939. This is also the host’s childhood home. This antiquated hanok with wings on both sides has a large courtyard that is hard to find in the city. In this sunlight house located in a sequestered hanok village, you can enjoy a peaceful hanok stay experience. Tongin 1939 offers a wide dining room that accommodates over eight guests, WiFi access, a TV (Netflix), an AI-enabled Bluetooth speaker, board games, and party item rental service. This private hanok can also be rented for bridal showers, small gatherings, meetings, and birthday parties. You can freely enjoy the yard, which is a rarity in the heart of the city. Standing since 1939, the hanok has gone through renovation to maintain the traditional elements with an addition of contemporary interior design. According to the characteristic of hanok being a wooden building and also because there is a yard, insects can be found despite regular disinfection. (Please keep this in mind when booking.) Tongin 1939 is located close to famous restaurants near Gyeongbokgung Station, art museums, convenience facilities, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The host provides information about nearby tourist destinations. The spaces/facilities available for access by guests are based on two guests. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated. Stay Dayoff Entering through the wooden gate of Stay Dayoff, you will be first greeted by the sunlit yard.
