Located on the 3rd floor of Seoul Library, the Seoul Archives Museum is a cultural hub for Seoul residents.
It showcases the city's history and the stories of its residents, conveying the value of archival culture through exhibitions.
After undergoing renovations in November 2022, the newly revamped Seoul Archives Museum operates as a digital platform, offering exhibition services. Various records show the transformation of Seoul over the past 70 years into a global city.
Through the medium of records, the Seoul Archives Museum shares stories of the Hangang River, transportation, major landmarks, songs, and culture of Seoul, all of which have been part of residents' everyday joys and sorrows. It serves as a space where their memories can also be shared.
