In its fourth year, the Gwanak Starlight Walk, the only lighting festival in Seoul that uses a river within a self-governing district, decorates the section of Byeoblit Naerin Stream from Bongnim Bridge to Silim Bridge for three months. This year, the Gwanak Starlight Walk will be themed "Starlight Garden in the City," decorating Byeoblit Naerin Stream with warm-colored lights and sculptures. Especially utilizing the riverside terrace, completed this May, to install lights and decorate Byeoblit Naerin Stream. Starting with the main gate decorated with butterflies and flowers, the space also features a 10-meter tall Christmas tree, a golden carriage that seems to float through the galaxy, and bear sculptures, creating a warm exhibition space that contrasts with the cold winter air. Additionally, for the first time this year, lights will be installed on the riverside terrace, where small trees will be set up to give residents a feeling of being in a forest garden as they take a rest.
